The beach is just a short stroll away as is the Central Protaras Strip where are all the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a Bbq if you do not fancy going out to eat. As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a guest W. c. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite shower and a double bed and two twin bedrooms. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a tub and shower is also upstairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi internet free of charge. This villa is located just a few minutes walk away from the end of the Protaras strip on a resort which was newly completed in the summer of 2012. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe by TripAdvisor is only a few minutes walk away. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
