The house has 2-bedrooms; flexible for those interested in a one-of-a-kind experience. Enjoy the private pool, spacious balcony, and lush jungle views — perfect for couples, friends, families & small events. NOTE: It's 100 steps up the hill for privacy and stunning views. We’ll assist with luggage! The space The house is divided into two levels 🏡 🔹 Upper level – the public area, designed for entertaining Here you’ll find the main entrance , a full kitchen with a bar counter, a cozy living area, and a large roofed balcony with an alfresco dining area 🔹 Lower level – the private area This is where you’ll find the 2 bedrooms and the pool. The lower level is accessible via an outdoor staircase connected to the balcony deck Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves! The upper level — living area, kitchen, alfresco dining area, and balcony — will be kept unlocked for easy access by both guests and staff for servicing Keys to the bedrooms will be provided to guests for safekeeping. Other things to note BAYAY TAMSI is a Serviced Private Residence We offer: ✨Daily light cleaning – washing dishes, disposing of food waste + trash, and freshening up bedrooms and bathrooms. 🍳 Breakfast available for preorder from 7am to 11am, served directly to your villa. 🥤 Beverages – canned items are stocked in the fridge (like a minibar), and fresh drinks are available to order via the guest chatroom from 7am to 7pm. 🌙 Turn-down service – we prepare the house for a cozy transition from day to night.
