Old building undergoing renovation *air-conditioned*

We purchased this house in 2021 and converted it for our commercial use, now in the second step guest rooms are being created here. This is the first of them. A total of 4 more will follow with a total of 10 beds. We are currently installing our PV system on the roof, then new windows on the 2nd floor, next a pellet central heating system, followed by 8 additional outdoor parking spaces. So it's exciting to see what's new. Other things to note I'm glad you're here. To ensure that everyone's stay remains pleasant, we kindly ask that you use the courtyard only briefly for loading and unloading, for a maximum of 15 minutes. Parking in the yard is not possible unfortunately. Smoking is permitted behind the house or in the carport. Please do not smoke in the yard and do not dispose of cigarette butts in the gutter or drain. In the event of a violation of these rules, we will charge a contractual penalty of €50. In addition, in such cases, we reserve the right to no longer accept future reservations.
