Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a warm and cozy atmosphere with natural materials such as stone and wooden-beamed ceilings. The property features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and the rest with twin beds. On the main floor, there is a spacious living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace, a dining area with a large table and a second fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen (two ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, and two freezers). On this level you will also find a guest toilet, a laundry room with washing and drying machines, ironing facilities, a library, and two bedrooms — one en-suite and one with a nearby bathroom. From the living room, you access the terrace: on one side a dining area with sunset views, and on the other a lounge area with sofas and stunning sea views. On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a small living area, and an additional bedroom suitable for staff or guests. The villa offers a 9 × 4.5 m saltwater pool, BBQ area with gas grill, sun loungers, outdoor sofas, and a ping-pong table. Directly in front of the house is a rocky beach with steps leading into the sea. There is private parking for 2–3 cars, and access is via automatic gates with remote control. The villa enjoys breathtaking views over the bay of Port Andratx, offering the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay in one of the island’s most exclusive locations. Daily housekeeping (4 hours) from Monday to Friday is included, starting at 09:00 or 10:00. Additional services such as a private chef, airport transfers, and babysitting are available upon request. In Port Andratx you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as a small sandy beach. Nearby larger beaches include Camp de Mar (4.6 km, with a sea island restaurant), Cala Llamp (2.7 km, with beach club), and Sant Elm (10 km).
