Enjoy the wonderful views of the Sierra de Gredos from our 4-star farmhouse. It is a former tobacco dryer renovated and equipped with all amenities. We are located at the heart of the region of “La Vera”, known for being one of the most beautiful corners of Extremadura. It consists of 19 villages and 2 local entities, being Jarandilla one of the main towns and the second most populated. Come and cool off at El Secadero! The space Casa rural El Secadero Outdoor garden with pool The house has a garden with local greenery and an extraordinary view of the mountain range that will make you enjoy your days of rural tourism. It is ideal for children as they can entertain with the swings we have and see how the fish coexist in the small and relaxing pond of the garden. All this while they can be supervised by the parents from any part of the house. The garden also has a barbecue for guests' use. We have a pool that is available for the total and exclusive use of guests. Guest access **Possibility of 2 extra beds for €30/unit Other things to note ** * COTTAGE RULES "THE DRYER" THE COTTAGE WILL RENT INTEGR FOR 8 PEOPLE WITH OPTION TO TWO SUBLETS. THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY OCCUPIED BY REGISTERED PEOPLE. IN CASE OF HAVING GUESTS COMMUNICATE WITH THE OWNER. CHECK IN TIME WILL BE THREE IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE AGREED DAY, AND THE DEPARTURE TIME AT 12 NOON ON THE LAST DAY OF THE STAY ACCORDING TO THE RESERVATION CONTRACTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS. COURTESY OF THE HOUSE YOU CAN LEAVE AFTER EATING, PROVIDED AND WHEN THERE IS NO OTHER RESERVATION FOR THAT DAY, REQUESTING PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER. IF A CLIENT REFUSES TO CHECK OUT AT CHECK OUT TIME YOU MUST PAY 150 C/ HOUR FOR THE RULES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES. IN ADDITION, AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE THE CLIENTS WILL BE OBLIGED TO PROVIDE THE OWNER THEIR IDS FOR THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, AND FILL IN AN ADMISSION SHEET WITH THE HOUSE RULES TO BE SIGNED. ALSO, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHANGE THE FURNISHINGS AND FURNISHINGS IN THE HOME OF THE ORIGINAL PLACES. THEREFORE THE MISUSE MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE STAY AND/OR THE BILLING OF ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICES. THE BREAKAGE OF ANY ELEMENT OF THE HOUSE DUE TO IMPROPER USE WILL MEAN THE CUSTOMER 'S COMPOST OF DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE CLIENT UNDERTAKES TO RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT, THE NATURE, THE TRANQUILITY OF THE PLACE AND THE ORDER OF THE HOUSE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF COEXISTENCE. LASTLY, THE COTTAGE IS NOT RENTED FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS OR BACHELOR 'S/SIMILAR PARTIES. The USE OF KARAOKES OR AMPLIFIERS FROM 12 o'CLOCK IN the EVENING TO DO not DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS, IF SUCH RULE IS broken (fuss, vandalism, noise, complaints from neighbors or reckless use of the home) the OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES. IF THE CLIENT WERE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BEFORE THE AGREED DATE WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. THE OWNER IS IN HIS RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT OR CANCEL STAYS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, WITHOUT POSSIBLE REFUND. OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL ITEMS DEPOSITED IN THE HOME BY THE CLIENTS AS WELL AS THE FORGOTTEN OBJECTS. THE CLIENT RECEIVES THE HOUSE IN OPTIMAL CLEANING AND ORDER CONDITIONS, AND IS OBLIGATED TO TAKE CARE OF IT, AS WELL AS THE GARDEN, THE FURNITURE AND THE POOL. (USE OF POOL: JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST) We have a 200 litre hot water accumulator, it is recommended the responsible use of the showers so as not to waste the water since when the thermos runs out it needs its time to heat and recover for its hot water function. THE CLIENT HOUSED WITH PETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR THE ACTS AND DAMAGES OF THE ANIMAL, IN ADDITION TO TAKE CARE THAT THEY DO NOT GET UP TO CHAIRS AND BEDS, AND FOR COLLECTING THEIR DEPOSITIONS. FIRE, BBQ OR CAMPFIRE IS PROHIBITED DURING THE TIME OF FIRE HAZARD ACCORDING TO CURRENT REGULATIONS THE USE OF THE POOL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER OR USER AND MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. EVERYTHING THAT OCCURRED OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE GROUNDS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT. *IN NO CASE WE WANT TO BOTHER OR BOTHER OUR CLIENTS WITH THESE BASIC RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING.
