El Secadero Rural House

Enjoy the wonderful views of the Sierra de Gredos that our 4-star country house has. It is an old tobacco dryer that has been renovated and equipped with all the amenities. We are located in the heart of the region of "La Vera", known for being one of the most beautiful corners of Extremadura. It consists of 19 villages and 2 local entities, with Jarandilla being one of the main towns and the second most populated. Come and cool off in El Secadero! The space El Secadero Cottage Outdoor garden with pool The house has a garden with vegetation from the area and extraordinary views of the mountains that will make you enjoy your days of rural tourism. It is ideal for children as they can entertain themselves with the swings we have and see how the fish coexist in the small and relaxing pond that the garden has. All this while they can be watched by parents from anywhere in the house. The garden also has a barbecue for guests to use. We have a swimming pool that is available for the full and exclusive use of guests. Guest access **Possibility of 2 extra beds for €30/unit Other things to note ***RULES OF THE RURAL HOUSE "EL SECADERO" THE RURAL HOUSE WILL BE RENTED IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR 8 PEOPLE WITH THE OPTION OF TWO EXTRA GUESTS. THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY OCCUPIED BY REGISTERED PERSONS. IN CASE OF HAVING GUESTS, COMMUNICATE TO THE OWNER. CHECK-IN TIME WILL BE THREE IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE AGREED DAY, AND CHECK-OUT TIME WILL BE TWELVE NOON ON THE LAST DAY OF THE STAY ACCORDING TO THE RESERVATION CONTRACTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS. AS A COURTESY OF THE HOUSE, YOU MAY LEAVE AFTER LUNCH, AS LONG AS THERE IS NO OTHER RESERVATION FOR THAT DAY, ASKING PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER. IF A CUSTOMER REFUSES TO LEAVE AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE, THEY MUST PAY 150 C/HOUR FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES. IN ADDITION, AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE, GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE OWNER WITH THEIR ID FOR THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES, AND FILL OUT AN ADMISSION SHEET WITH THE HOUSE RULES THAT MUST BE SIGNED. ALSO, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHANGE THE FURNITURE AND THE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL PLACES. THEREFORE, IMPROPER USE MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE STAY AND/OR THE BILLING OF ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICES. THE BREAKAGE OF ANY ELEMENT OF THE HOUSE DUE TO IMPROPER USE WILL MEAN THE PAYMENT, BY THE CUSTOMER, OF THE DAMAGED OR BROKEN ELEMENTS. MOREOVER, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT, NATURE, THE TRANQUILITY OF THE PLACE AND THE ORDER OF THE HOUSE, RESPECTING THE RULES OF COEXISTENCE. FINALLY, THE RURAL HOUSE IS NOT RENTED FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS OR BACHELOR PARTIES OR SIMILAR. THE USE OF KARAOKE OR AMPLIFIERS IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 12:00 AM IN ORDER NOT TO DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN (disturbance, vandalism, noise, complaints from neighbors or reckless use of the house) THE OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES. IF THE CUSTOMER HAS TO LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR ANY REASON BEFORE THE AGREED DATE, THEY WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A PARTIAL OR TOTAL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. THE OWNER IS ENTITLED TO NOT ACCEPT OR CANCEL STAYS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, WITHOUT POSSIBLE REFUND. THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL OBJECTS DEPOSITED IN THE HOUSE BY CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS FORGOTTEN OBJECTS. THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THE HOUSE IN OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF CLEANLINESS AND ORDER, AND IS OBLIGED TO TAKE CARE OF IT, AS WELL AS THE GARDEN, THE FURNITURE AND THE POOL. (POOL USE: JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST) We have a 200-liter hot water storage tank. Responsible use of the showers is recommended so as not to waste water, since when the tank is depleted, it needs time to heat up and recover for its hot water function. THE CUSTOMER STAYING WITH PETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR THE ACTS AND DAMAGES OF THE ANIMAL, IN ADDITION TO TAKING CARE THAT THEY DO NOT CLIMB ON ARMCHAIRS AND BEDS, AND TO COLLECT THEIR WASTE. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE FIRE, BARBECUE OR BONFIRES IN THE FIELD DURING THE TIME OF FIRE DANGER ACCORDING TO CURRENT REGULATIONS THE USE OF THE POOL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER OR USER AND MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. *IN NO EVENT DO WE WANT TO DISTURB OR BOTHER OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THESE BASIC RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING.
