Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Please note we are on a dirt road with a few bumpy spots. ***** NOTE: FROM DECEMBER 1 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28 THE WEATHER NECESSITATES ALL WHEEL OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES. The space Our place is for anyone who loves nature, silence, and amazing views. We are surrounded by the mountains and trees, and hiking paths are a short walk away. At night there are stunning views of the city. People who come here are amazed by the beauty and pleasantly surprised by how close they still are to the city. The room is richly furnished and brand new and made to make you feel well taken care of. Guest access Guests have their own space and private entrance with a kitchenette, love seat, bed, private bathroom and patio. Other things to note We are located about a mile in on a dirt road. A few spots of the road are bumpy and challenging, but be assured that all vehicles can get through, just some with low clearance may have to go slower than others. Any snow on the road, however, necessitates having all or 4 wheel drive.
