New Panta Rei two-room apartments - Water Suite

The Panta Rei suites (Water, Air and Earth) consist of independent two-room apartments located in the center of Senigallia, in front of the Portici Ercolani. Being just outside the ZTL, they are accessible by car and the area is served by parking lots. The suites are mainly intended for hospitality for tourist rentals, for which you can request tailor-made quotes depending on the holiday period, the number of guests and their age, as well as the length of the stay. The space Built after a complete renovation carried out in the first four months of 2021, the suites available to guests offer a space of about 47 square meters. Each solution has a base of up to four beds, making it perfect for families or friends. Larger groups will be able to keep the connection between their respective suites open, thus benefiting from a doubled (or tripled) square footage. Each solution includes all the most modern equipment to ensure comfort and operability – from air conditioning to washing machine and Wi-Fi – while the kitchenette is equipped with induction hobs, as well as a refrigerator and microwave oven. The bathroom serving each suite is completely new and designed in every detail, aesthetic and practical. There are also bicycles for everyone to use free of charge. Each two-room apartment has its own specific characteristics: for example, the Water suite can enjoy a balcony overlooking the riverfront. Guest access We also offer, upon request, the possibility of using some bicycles, not brand new but fully functional, and the garage to store them. The managers, Marco and Sandra, are always ready and available to welcome and support their guests with the utmost care, assisting them in every detail for a peaceful vacation. Other things to note The suites can also be requested for the medium term from mid-September to early June, when we offer the possibility of entering into contracts of up to eight/nine months, ideal for professors, interns and all those who need temporary accommodation.
