The house is located at the gate of Budapest, providing an extremely advantageous location especially for our guests arriving by car. The proximity of the M1 and M7 motorways allows a fast and comfortable approach, while the city center of Budapest can be reached in a short time. The entire 180 m² three-storey family house is available to our guests. The house offers a modern, cozy atmosphere and spacious spaces. 3 bedrooms, living room, children's room, 2 bathrooms, dining kitchen, barbecue terrace await guests. The space Discover our family house located at the entrance of Budaörs, Budapest, which offers comfort and private space on 3 levels for larger families or groups of friends. You can park for free in the yard or in front of the house with up to two cars, which is a real rarity near Budapest. The house is built on bright, spacious spaces and practical floors, so everyone can find their peace and comfort. Lower level: fully equipped Mediterranean-style kitchen (hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, etc.) , dining table, bar counter, direct garden connection, barbecue, playground and covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for breakfast, coffee or evening barbecue. We also provide barbecue tools and charcoal for our guests, and in the kitchen you will find tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, pasta, rice, and other spices. Middle level (entrance level): hallway, with a rack and a spacious wardrobe. Cozy bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that can be opened, a dressing table. Located in a separate room on this level is the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, fireplace, books for relaxation. On the same level, a large corner bath with towels, a hairdryer and toiletries is also available for the comfort of our guests, and there is even a utility room on the level. Floor: Front room with bookshelf, beanbag armchair, books, board games. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be opened, as well as a desk and a wardrobe. This bedroom also overlooks the inner courtyard and street. In the other bedroom there is a single but very comfortable bed and TV, as well as the upstairs terrace with a wonderful view of the Buda hills and Budapest. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate children's room, equipped with a bed, drawing table and toys. Near our house, you can find grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Auchan, etc.), drugstores (DM, Rossman), clothing stores (H&M, Kik, Mountex, etc.) within 5-6 minutes by car, and even Budapest's most popular outlet, the Premier Outlet, is within 15 minutes. Guest access The guest can use the whole house, as well as the courtyard, garden and barbecue terrace. The owners do not live here, they provide their guests with a full private sphere. Other things to note The house is located near the M1, M7 motorways, so it is ideal not only for visitors to Budapest, but also for those who would interrupt their journey with a real homey, comfortable rest so that they can continue their journey rested in the morning.
