Beautifully decorated traditional style shepherds hut situated at the end of a residential garden with field views to the back and left. Includes outdoor space with seating. Inside you will find a cosy space consisting of a double bed with Sky TV, a small fridge and a useful kitchen area suitable for small meals and can be used as a desk space if needed. WiFi is included. Complete with En Suite shower. The space In Letcombe Regis on the edge of the Ridgeway, this beautifully decorated traditional style shepherds hut situated at the end of a residential garden with field views to the back and left. Includes outdoor space with seating and fire pit to enjoy the views on nicer days. Inside you will find a cosy space consisting of a double bed with Sky Glass TV, a small fridge with freezer box and a useful kitchen area suitable for small meals and can be used as a desk space if needed. WiFi is included and is stable enough to run the Sky Glass from. En Suite shower and toilet comes with stunning views of the surrounding fields! The hut is supplied by softened Hot and Cold water and a separate filtered drinking tap. Parking is included and EV charging is available upon request but this is not guaranteed. You will park at the front of the property and walk down the garden to your private space. Unfortunately there are no laundry facilities, but there are local laundrettes available if needed. Since the rest of the property is still undergoing renovation work and I things aren’t quite as we’d like it, this is reflected in the price. However when you are in your space we are sure you will enjoy a small piece of countryside beauty. The village is a real gem, with a gorgeous pub at The Greyhound Letcombe offering exceptional food and drink. There are various countryside walks, notable the Letcombe nature reserve which works its way towards the ridgeway and to neighbouring Letcombe Bassett. Wantage town centre is approximately a 30 minute walk from the property. Guest access Parking is available at the front of the property, you will walk down the garden past the house and find your private space at the end of the garden. Please note the path down the garden to the hut is a little bit uneven, so please take care walking! Regrettably laundry facilities are not available at the property.
