The space Ideally located, Pump Cottage is a 5-minute drive from Burford, one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque towns—perfect for boutique shopping, cosy pubs, countryside walks and home to the infamous Burford Garden Company. Also within 5 minutes you can enjoy drinks and food at Jeremy Clarkson’s The Farmer’s Dog or venture round the nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park. Within 15 - 30 minutes, you can reach some of the region’s most iconic places including Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bibury, Broadway and stylish spots including Daylesford Organic, Soho Farmhouse and Estelle Manor. Pump Cottage includes everything you need for your stay. Kitchen/Living: • Open-plan kitchen & living area with dining table • Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, milk & essentials • Comfortable sofa bed (available on request for a 3rd guest) • Smart TV & fast WiFi Bedroom/Bathroom: • Super king-size bed with luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton sheets • A new ensuite shower room with loo. Step outside through the patio doors onto your private terrace, complete with outdoor seating and access to a lawn—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Please note Pump Cottage is part of our family home so you may hear our family in the garden from time to time. We will always endeavour to make your stay as peaceful as possible. Guest access Guests have full private access to the ground floor of the annexe, the terrace, and allocated lawn area. The attic and further garden area and field are private. Other things to note • Travel cot available on request • 1 dog is considered with an additional charge per stay. Dogs are strictly prohibited from the bedroom area and the sofas and any pet damages incurred throughout the stay will be charged in addition. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outside the property and taken off site into the village to relieve themselves. • Please remove shoes for indoors; outdoor/muddy footwear can be left outside on the boot stand/in the boxes provided. • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • We want you to feel at home at Pump Cottage but expect that you take care of the property and leave it in a similar condition as you found it.
