The space Bright & Clean "Japanese Modern" Home with Coffee & Comfort Welcome to our bright, clean, and renovated space based on white tones. The living room features Tatami mats and comfortable chairs, creating a healing space where you can relax between your travels. We provide coffee beans and brewing equipment so you can enjoy a freshly brewed cup at your leisure. Kitchen & Dining Equipped with one built-in induction cooktop (IH) and one portable induction stove. Whether it's simple cooking or a hot pot party, you have everything you need, including cookware and tableware, to enjoy meals with family and friends. Sleeping Arrangements (Max 8 Guests) Bedroom: 1 Double bed, 2 Single beds. Living Room: 2 sets of high-quality 10cm thick foldable mattresses (Double size) on the Tatami. Bathrooms & Laundry With 1 washbasin, 2 shower rooms (with changing areas), and 2 toilets, getting ready is smooth even for large groups. A washer/dryer is also available, making it perfect for long stays. This house is a careful renovation of an old traditional home (Kominka). The warmth of the wood blends with the modern white design, offering a special stay where "nostalgia" meets "modern comfort." ● Important Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay 1. Noise Policy & Police Involvement Please respect our neighbors. If police are called or if we receive severe complaints regarding noise or behavior, we will have to ask you to leave immediately (forced checkout). In this case, no refunds will be given. 2. Insects & Wildlife Since this is a detached house, small animals or insects (like cockroaches) may occasionally enter from outside. This is quite common in older Japanese homes. To prevent this, please store food in the refrigerator or sealed containers (do not leave it on tables) and keep windows closed. 👌 Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for the appearance of insects, as this is a natural occurrence. 3. Regarding Smells & Odors (Tatami, etc.) Please note that traditional Japanese homes have unique scents, such as Tatami mats (rice straw) or the natural smell of an older house. Additionally, smells from the neighborhood (like cooking) may drift in. Since sensitivity to smell is completely subjective and varies by person, we cannot provide refunds for any odors, whether they are from inside the house (like Tatami) or outside environment.
