At night, the living room transforms into a versatile sleeping area, thanks to a practical sofa bed and the presence of an additional single bed, ideal for ensuring flexibility and comfort for guests. Continuing on, you will discover a charming bathroom in bright tones, capable of surprising and giving personality to the environment. To complete the house, an elegant bedroom, intimate and refined, enriched by a bright window area that offers a glimpse of the sea, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. For parking, you can choose between 2 options: the first is free street parking, and the second is to reserve the private parking space located in a building next door for a fee of €5 per day.
