The interior is a shoe-free space where you can relax comfortably, making it suitable even for families with small children. Please feel free to use everything provided in the room. Please note that some storage areas contain the owner’s personal items or supplies. Other things to note ■ Before you book 1. This is a self check-in property. Please read the check-in instructions carefully after booking. If you need help, feel free to message us anytime. 2. Support is available in Japanese (phone/message) and English (message). 3. No smoking anywhere in the building is allowed (including balconies and shared areas). 4. Please be mindful of the noise levels and keep them low between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM—sound carries easily through corridors and balconies. 5. The following are strictly prohibited: -trespassing on neighboring properties -bringing pets -hair dyeing -drug use -parties - entry by non-registered guests 6. Do not take any items outside of the room. If you take any items, you will be charged: ・Hand towel: ¥2,000 if taken ・Face towel: ¥1,000 if taken ・Other items: replacement cost + ¥3,000 ・Large trash left behind: disposal fee + ¥3,000 ・Returned lost items: shipping fee + ¥2,000 (cash on delivery) 7. Please separate your trash and keep it inside the room. If you wish to dispose of it, place it outside and contact us for collection. 8. Please keep the room clean during your stay. If the room is left excessively dirty or messy, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. 9. Late check-out is not allowed. Please note that delays that impact cleaning or the next check-in may result in an additional fee. 10. There is no parking space available. Illegal or street parking is strictly prohibited and may result in a ¥30,000 fine. 11. Towels and linens are provided according to the length of stay: -1–2 nights: 1 set per person (1 bath towel + 1 face towel) -3 nights or more: 2 sets per person No mid-stay cleaning or replacements are provided. 12.
