It has 4 bedrooms with balcony (all with ocean view🌴), 2 full bathrooms, a half bathroom and a separate and equipped office for those who combine rest and productivity💻 🍃 Design boho-luxury & functionality: Downstairs, the living room, social bathroom, dining room and kitchen share a cured design environment: black ceiling, boho lamps, warm tones and natural textures 🌾 👩🏻‍🍳The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel pots, oven, baking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, glasses, utensils and basics (water, coffee, salt, sugar, tea, cleaning implements) ☕ so that every moment flows with comfort, style and harmony💫 🪟Transparency on windows and curtains: To preserve the open, bright and nature-connected concept, we share with you how the home's enclosure is resolved: 🔸Ground floor: The perimeter is composed of floor-to-ceiling glass windows (no walls). To maintain this design, there are no curtains on this floor. Perimeter vegetation and landscape design have been incorporated that provide visual privacy without blocking the light or the view. 🔸Top floor (bedrooms and office): ✔️All bedrooms have curtains on the left side. ✔️The two ocean front bedrooms do not have curtains in the main window to prioritize the ocean view and sunsets/sunsets. ✔️Each room has side curtains to control luminosity and privacy from that side. 🌱 This design is intentional and part of the Serenity Wellness experience. If you are sensitive to light at sunrise, we suggest bringing a mask to sleep (or ask us for one, subject to availability). It's a safe practice and part of the authentic charm of our fishing community. 🏄‍♂️ Beach and sea conditions: The beach in front of the accommodation is known for its natural beauty and for being a rocky area, ideal for experienced surfers. We recommend caution when entering the sea and enjoying the scenery especially at low tide, when the rock formations and natural pools become visible 🌊 🪶 Access and policies important: Guests will have full access to all areas and amenities shown in the photographs. 🪪 For the security of the citadel and in compliance with internal regulations, once the reservation is confirmed, a front photo of the identity document of all guests and the plates of the registered vehicles will be requested. 📋 This measure is mandatory and does not have exceptions. 🚫 No outside visits, parties or excessive music or bulla are allowed, if you are looking for this place for that purpose, I kindly ask you not to book and look for another stay. 🫂This is a home of calm and wellness, so we ask you to treat each space with respect and care, just as it was prepared to welcome you! ❗️Booking changes: Due to property policies, confirmed bookings can only be modified within two (2) weeks of the confirmation date. In addition, any change requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in. After this period, no changes will be accepted.
