It features two private bedrooms with queen beds, including one with an additional bunk bed, a full bathroom, and a spacious open-concept living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large entryway provides convenient space for storing strollers, bikes, or gear. Outside, guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace with a BBQ, perfect for warm days. Two parking spaces are included, along with a Tesla charging station. Guest access Guests enjoy full, private access to the apartment, including two separate entrances, one via the exterior balcony and one independent entrance with a mudroom, ideal for storing gear, shoes, or luggage. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. We live on the main floor below, so you may occasionally hear light, everyday noise. The space is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to respect the surroundings and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening. The Tesla charger is available; guests with other electric vehicles may need to bring an adapter. No parties or events are permitted.
