The space Welcome to Casa Da Roca, a spacious and cozy beach house that can accommodate 7 people, located in the quiet Arenas del Mar area. 🌋 Nature in its purest form The real highlight of our house is its location. We are located just a short walk from an amazing beach and surrounded by a spectacular volcanic setting. It is the perfect retreat for lovers of nature, the sea, and water sports who are looking to disconnect from the real world. 🍹 Ground Floor: Your space for relaxation and fun On the lower level is the heart of the house: a very cozy living room (with a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi), a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes, and a convenient half bathroom. From here, you can access our outdoor spaces: The large main terrace: Equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and even a bar counter! Perfect for alfresco dining, sheltered from the breeze. The semi-covered terrace: A second outdoor space that also gives you direct access to the pool area. 🛏️ Upper Floor: The lounging area Up the stairs, you will find the 2 full bathrooms and the 3 bright bedrooms, lovingly decorated to ensure your rest. Please note: One of the rooms has a small, private covered terrace with a comfortable sofa bed. This little terrace has light curtains, so please note that at night or at dawn, it is not completely dark (perfect if you like to wake up to Tenerife’s natural light or if you travel with a good sleep mask!). 🏊 Small community pool The complex has a small community pool (open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM). It’s ideal for children to take a quick dip or for you to cool off for a moment, but please note that it’s not an area intended for sunbathing (the lounge chairs belong to the resident neighbors). A true paradise for lounging in the sun is just a few steps away on the beach! Guest access When you book Casa Da Roca, you will enjoy the entire property with complete privacy. You won’t be sharing the interior of the house or the terraces with anyone else! It's your own private retreat in El Médano. Your exclusive space: Private access to the two floors of the house (living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom). Exclusive use of our three private terraces, including the outdoor dining area, the bar counter, and the sofa bed. 100% self-check-in and contactless access via the key lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience. Common areas of the complex: You will have access to the small community pool on the development. It is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As we mentioned, this is a space shared with the resident neighbors, so we ask you not to use their private lounge chairs and to respect the community's rules. Parking: The parking is not private; it is public, free, and very safe. There is always parking on the same street or on the main avenue, just a short walk from the door of the house. Other things to note 🚿 Water pressure at night: In accordance with community rules and to ensure the peace of all neighbors, the building’s water pressure pump is switched off between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to avoid noise. During those hours, the showers and faucets will still function normally, but you will notice that the water pressure is lower. You’ll be able to take a shower without any problem, just with a gentler flow of water! 📝 Mandatory legal registration: As required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021), it is mandatory to register the ID or passport details of all guests 14 years of age or older. We will ask you for this information a few days before your arrival. It’s a quick, simple, and 100% secure process. 📷 Exterior camera: We remind you that the property has a single security camera on the façade, which points exclusively at the front door facing the street. We want to ensure your complete privacy: there are no cameras inside the house or on the terraces.
