Villa Anaxos

The house has been recently renovated. The house can accommodate 4 people. The sunny house is located on a dead-end street, which gives extra peace and quiet. There is a bakery and small supermarket on the corner of the street. The sandy beach is about a 10-minute walk. There are several tavernas on the beach with free sunbeds and parasols. Anaxos is a small quiet village. The more touristy villages of Petra and Molyvos are a few minutes' drive away. Also accessible by tourist train. The space The house has a nice porch. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is plenty of storage space in both rooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The living/sitting area has a sofa, table and 4 chairs. There is an open kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven with an electric 4-burner stove. There is plenty of cooking and eating utensils available. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are on the counter. Every room has shutters that can be closed, so it stays nice and cool during the day! The air conditioning provides sufficient cooling for the whole house. Other things to note Parking space at the cottage is suitable for a "small" and/or "medium" car.
