Other things to note PETS: - Pets must be approved and paid for (no birds allowed). - Please keep all pets off the sofas, or alternatively, lay down a blanket on top of the sofa beforehand. - We do not provide any pet essentials, so guests will need to bring their own blankets, litter tray etc. - Any litter trays will need to stay on the lower floor, inside the hallway. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: - Early check-in or late check out is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved before booking. VISITORS: - No visitors are allowed after 10PM. - Parties & gatherings are strictly forbidden - Bookings will be canceled immediately with no refund and you will need to leave the property. LOST KEYS: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: - The property has private parking in the front garden and there is always additional parking around the property on the road.
