Very pleasant and comfortable house on the beach of Deauville/Benerville. Large quiet, flowery and enclosed garden of 800 m² (pets allowed). 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and office/reading room for a comfortable holiday for up to 8 people. Ground floor bedroom suitable for the elderly or reduced mobility person. Bocce ball, table football and board games available for summer fun. Outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people Shops nearby and downtown Deauville 15 minutes walk by the boardwalk. The space One week stay minimum, preferably from Friday to Friday in order to have whole weekends. Two weeks stay minimum in July and August. Deposit for the house of 2000 €. Linen rental (sheets and towels) for 40€ per room. Cleaning of the house after departure 120€.
