The house is about 300 sqm with a spacious kitchen and adjoining living room. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a large living room and laundry room. The space Welcome to our home, which is located in the heart of the village with proximity to most things that Ottsjö has to offer nearby. The house is well suited for both families and other groups of 8-10 people. Ottsjö is a perfect starting point for those who want to discover the mountains by hiking, picking berries or fishing. Ottsjö is a rare, beautiful village with great charm and, in addition to fantastic views, several trails start from the village. In the village, you can rent rowing boats and the beach below the village has a newly-built sauna for rent as well as a nice swimming jetty. In the unusually well-stocked Ica store, there is all possible information about trails or tips on excursions in the nearby area. The space The house is a one-story house of about 300 sqm located in the heart of the village and was rebuilt from a former printing house to a residence in 2024, it is built and decorated with great care. The house is characterized by light and striking views of mountains, forests and lakes, no matter how you move around the house. The spacious kitchen with plenty of room for large dinners is adjacent to the cozy living room with room for the large family or a group of friends. Both the kitchen and the living room have large windows that give a panoramic view of the village and the mountains. In another part of the house there is another social room/TV room with a large sofa. There are a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is larger with both shower and bathtub. Bedroom 1: Larger master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large window with amazing views of the mountains and lake. Bedroom 2: Double bed, 160 cm wide. Bedroom 3: Bed that is 140 cm wide. Bedroom 4: Bed that is 120 cm wide. Bedroom 5: "Children's bed" which is 105 cm wide. It is also possible to set up extra beds or make the sofa bed in the TV room if you are a large group. The patio offers evening sun and has a larger dining table and seating for many.
