Unique boathouse on the waterfront in the heart of the World Heritage High Coast. Detached boathouse with two floors with evening sun and beautiful views of the fishing village of Norrfällsviken but individually located on the opposite side called Västerlandet. The space Outside: The boathouse has a large deck on the gable towards land and a smaller one that stands out over the water. The larger deck has a glass section that can be used to protect from wind. There is also an outdoor furniture with 6 chairs plus extra chairs and a lounge furniture with seating and sunbathing areas. Fatboy bags are available to supplement with or take out on the outside dock. At the deck is about 60x120cm charcoal grill. On the outer jetty there are tables and sun loungers to set out in nice weather. Inside floor 1: The room extends from one gable to the other and houses the kitchen, dining area, fireplace, sofa corner with TV and exit to the jetty. The sofa is bedable, 160 cm and is the 4th bedroom if you are many. At the dining area, you can sit 7-10 people at the kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher) and has a large fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee pot, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, towel dryer and washing machine (no dryer). There is broadband/Wifi and a TV. Inside level 2: There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - the large room has a 180 cm double bed (2x90 cm + 180 cm mattress topper) as well as a 140 cm sofa bed; Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm bed; Bedroom 3 has a 120 cm bed. On the lower floor the sofa is also a double sofa-bed, 160 cm. Duvets (all 90 cm) and pillows are in the beds, but we ask you to bring linens and towels. A small storage room doubles as a wardrobe. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are relatively steep. It is possible to close a gap upstairs for the stairs at night if you have small children but it is not suitable for children or disabled due to stairs as well as due to drowning risk as the boathouse is on the water and the docks and the deck does not have childproof fences. Total number that can be booked: 7-9 people can be booked. 6 people sleep in double beds divided into 3 bedrooms, one of which is the living room sofa on the 1st floor. 1 person sleeps in bedroom 3. If the sofa bed in bedroom 1 is used, 2 more spaces, which will then be a total of 9 people. Other things to note Note: Bedding and towels are not included!
