Guest access You will have a cozy private cottage all to yourself (one of two guest houses on the property). Other things to note House Rules Fresh Air (No Smoking): Smoking or vaping of any devices is allowed in the courtyard only. To keep the indoor air fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect our no-smoking policy inside. Heating & Comfort: During the heating period, the house is kept at an optimal 20–21°C. Please limit ventilation to 15 minutes at a time to preserve the heat and maintain a cozy atmosphere for your relaxation. Additional Guests: If you plan to have additional guests join you who are not included in the booking, please let us know in advance. We kindly ask you to clear this with us beforehand for safety and insurance purposes.
