Rustic River RV ATV trails

Escape to nature in our renovated RV retreat with a short walking trail to the river for trout & salmon fishing. Enjoy easy ATV trail access, peaceful forest views, a firepit with free wood, and relaxing outdoor space. Just 20–30 mins from Nova Scotia’s warmest beaches. Wildlife sightings are possible in this natural setting. Dogs on leash welcome (3 friendly outdoor cats on site). The space The RV is located next to our house facing the forest. The 6 acre property is located on the riverfront of River Philip where you can fish (permit required). The RV has 2 bedrooms located on each end of the RV. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom is a Quad Bunkhouse with a table with 2 stools for kids to play or can be used as a working station (office chair available upon request). Kitchen has a small oven that fits a very small baking sheet, 3 gas burners and is equipped with: - pots and pan - large electric skillet - large electric griddle - large slow cooker - Keurig (pods, cream and sugar) - Olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar & cinnamon, Italian spices, garlic powder, onion powder, Montreal steak spices, chili powder, paprika. -Outdoor BBQ with BBQ utensils Coloring books, games, playing cards, crib board.
