The house includes bedrooms, a bright living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and balcony. One bedroom is in traditional Japanese tatami style with beds, combining a calm atmosphere and modern comfort. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils are provided. Dedicated parking is available, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet even at night, ideal for families, travelers, and athletes. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floors, with a private entrance for full privacy. You are welcome to use the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, terrace, balcony, and dedicated parking space. A children’s playroom is also available, making it convenient for families. Please note that the office and staff areas on the ground floor are separate and not accessible to guests. Other things to note • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please use the designated terrace or outdoor area. • Pets may be allowed upon prior request. • No loud music or parties are permitted.
