New custom ocean front home with Sauna - designed by MLSA architects. A quiet spa week away or a fun family vacation - this space is designed for relaxation and connection to nature. Breath taking ocean views, wood fires, beach walks, soaker stubs and many thoughtfully designed spaces to enjoy it from. Open concept space with 10 ft ceilings, floor to celling window, quality furnishing and a fully stocked chefs kitchen. Extra amenities available at White Point Resort - some with extra cost. The space The home features a large living space with wood stove, a family room with tv/ toys/games, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a cozy dinning nook. We do have out door dining table and BBQ not captured in the photos. The home has 3 bedrooms with beds for 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third contains a set of bunk beds. The family room has a sofa bed which folds out at floor level and is best used for young adults or kids. We can provide a camp bed for a 3rd child in the bunk room on request. Our private wood burning ocean view sauna is open year round. Our home is family friendly! Guest access The cottage is located inside White Point estates, a very short drive or relaxing nature walk to White point resort it self. Our guests have access to the beach, golf course, nightlife live music and dining options. If you wish to take advantage of the resorts indoor pool, hot tub, gym, pickle balls courts, paddle boards, kids activity centre, games room, or other resort amenities - a daily pass can be pursued at the front desk (for an additional cost). The cottage is a ten minute drive from the town of Liverpool, with two grocery stores, NSLC, bakery, shops, restaurants, farmers market (summer) and other amenities. We are 10-20 drive away for two more of Nova Scotias best white and beaches, Summerville and Carters. One hr and 40 mins from Halifax. Other things to note Our home is brand new. The street side landscape is still settling - please be mind full of the new grass. The most common question - Coffee! We have drip and bodum on site - bring your own coffee.
