Tokyo Station, Maihama (Disney), and Narita Airport can be accessed by a single train. It takes about 30 minutes to Maihama Station, about 25 minutes to Makuhari Messe, and about 50 minutes to Narita Airport, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business. There are several supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants in the vicinity, making it to be convenient for shopping and dining. Equipped with all the amenities you need for daily life, it is suitable for couples, friends, family trips, long-term stays, business trips, and weekend getaways. Other things to note ■ Hours Check-in: Anytime after 15:00 is fine. Check out: Please check out by 10:00. * If you check out late without permission, we may charge an additional fee (2,750 yen per 15 minutes). * No luggage storage before or after your stay. ■ Parking: There are several coin-operated parking lots within a 3-minute walk. ■ Cleaning The facility is not a hotel, so there will be no cleaning and linen change during your stay. ■ Prohibited: Making noise that causes a nuisance to neighbours (especially at night and in the early morning), smoking indoors or in the vicinity, littering cigarette butts, illegally dumping garbage in the neighbourhood, exceeding the number of guests booked without permission (a fee of 15,000 yen per extra guest multiplied by the number of nights will be charged), defacing, damaging, or taking away facilities or equipment (a fee for replacement or repair will be charged), bringing pets onto the premises, and guests who are high school students or younger are not permitted to stay. * If the above behavior is seen, an additional fee (from 33,000 yen) will be paid. ■ Submission of guest information: All guests are requested to submit their full name, address, occupation, nationality, and a photo of their passport. To comply with accommodation laws, guests residing in Japan are also required to submit a photo ID. If you don't receive it, your reservation may be canceled. We manage your personal information responsibly, and we do not provide, sell, or share any of our personal information to third parties. In the unlikely event of a request involving law enforcement or other legal obligations, we may be able to submit it. ■ Other: We do not provide loungewear, so please bring your own.
