With a large waterside lawn, garden veranda and plenty of outdoor seating, there's no shortage of lovely places to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. The property enjoys open views across and along the main River Bure, making it a wonderful spot for watching passing boats, spotting wildlife or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The Willows offers fishing opportunities from both the main river and side dyke during the open season. An appropriate fishing licence is required, and there's a dedicated bait fridge and tackle storage to make your stay easier. Bringing or hiring a boat? Private mooring is available to the front and rear of the property, making it a lovely base for exploring the Norfolk Broads by water. Enjoying the riverside garden: The Willows sits directly beside the River Bure, with access to the side dyke as well. Children should be closely supervised around the water at all times. Parking: Space for two cars is provided approximately 150 metres from the bungalow, so there is a short walk between the parking area and the property. Bringing a four-legged friend? Unfortunately, pets aren't permitted at The Willows. Smoking and vaping: To keep The Willows fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking and vaping aren't permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside only. As this is a thatched property, please take particular care and keep smoking materials well away from the building and thatched roof.
