THINGS YOU’LL LOVE • Magical Nights: Entertainment system with cinema-style projector + Northern Lights. • Voice-activated home automation: ECHO, our assistant, controls lights and atmosphere by speaking. It also offers brain teasers (Escape Room, Who's Who, I Spy, and more) to disconnect from screens for a while. • Zero Hassle: Located on the ground floor, getting there with luggage is very easy. STRATEGIC LOCATION 45 minutes from the city center of Medellín and an hour and a half from Guatapé. We have reliable transportation contacts if you need them. Your rest starts here! • Fully equipped kitchen: Large refrigerator, induction stove, and everything you need. • Washing machine and clothesline: They are in the external area of the property and are for shared use, so if you stay for several days, you don't have to travel loaded with dirty clothes. • Work area: table with an outlet next to it, so you can answer emails without unpacking your luggage. • Nature: Large window with a direct view of green areas and fruit trees. Guest access PRIVACY AND INDEPENDENCE The apartment is completely private and independent. The house is single story and is divided into two: one half is the family home and the other is the Suite, with its own entrance on one side. You enter directly, without passing through anyone's house, and inside you don't share a bathroom or kitchen with anyone. ​Easy Entry: Being on the first floor, access to our suite is very convenient. Parking: We have free outdoor parking on the property, about 20 steps from your door. Your car stays inside and not on the road, and you unload your luggage without having to go around: very convenient if you are traveling with heavy suitcases or sports equipment. ​Common Spaces: Feel free to walk through the estate's gardens, breathe fresh air and disconnect. Other things to note KEY LOCATION IN THE EAST 12 minutes from the JMC Airport. 6 km from Guarne and its skating rink: about 8 minutes by car, or 10 to 12 minutes by public transportation. 1.9 km from the Atlético Nacional Sports Complex: 3 minutes by car, 23 minutes on foot, and there is also private transportation or Uber if you prefer. 25 minutes from the Llanogrande Mall, 25 minutes from Rionegro, and 45 minutes from downtown Medellín. Guatapé is an hour and a half away on weekends, which is when there is the most traffic. ​Reliable shuttle service available upon request. Each apartment is inside a house where part of our family lives, so the property is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, not for events or noisy behavior. ⚠️ Note: We are a family country lodge designed for rest. We are not a motel-type space. We have adjoining properties, so we require strict decorum and absolute silence after 11:00 pm. 🐕 Sombra, our greyhound-type dog, lives on the property: black, skinny and very affectionate. She has her own little house in the outdoor areas and doesn't enter the apartments, but she loves to come out and greet the guests.
