Please note: This is a charming older home full of character with unique lake views. We have intentionally preserved its original style rather than fully modernising it. Guests who appreciate traditional homes with authentic charm will feel especially comfortable here. Some areas—especially the bathroom with the bathtub/shower—reflect the home’s original architecture and may differ from modern new-build properties. There is a shower in the garage. The garage is a functional, non-insulated space and is not finished as a living area, but it provides a convenient additional shower. This is part of what makes the house so unique. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire house, spread over three levels. This includes the living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a laundry room on the lower level. The outdoor seating area with BBQ is also at your private disposal 🔥 The lower level features a separate entrance and can also be accessed internally, making it ideal for additional privacy within the group. A garage and an additional outdoor parking space directly at the house are included 🚗 Other things to note Dogs are more than welcome , they’re part of the family after all. To make sure your furry friends feel right at home, food and water bowls are already prepared. 🐶 ❤️ The location offers the perfect balance between a quiet residential setting and excellent connectivity. Public transport (bus and S-Bahn) is within easy reach and provides fast, direct access to Zurich city center. Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are nearby and cover all daily needs conveniently. Lake Zurich is just a few minutes away, ideal for walks, swimming, or outdoor activities. Zurich city center can be reached in approx. 15 minutes, Zurich Airport in approx. 25–30 minutes. The Lindt Home of Chocolate is only about 5 minutes away, and Zurich Zoo can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. The location is ideal for both business travelers and guests looking for a well-connected yet relaxed environment. – The house is an older property with historic character and the unique features that come with its original construction. – The main shower is located in the bathtub on the upper floor. An additional shower is available in the garage/laundry area (please see the photos). – As with many older houses, occasional technical issues may arise. Should this happen, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and remain available throughout your stay. – This home is particularly well suited for guests who appreciate the charm of a traditional house with plenty of space, lake views, and a peaceful setting.
