As a result, the wallbox offers a simple Handling & maximum flexibility for everyone E-Autos. An "all-round package" awaits you! Our apartment with about 50 square meters of living space over 2 floors, with balcony and 2 terraces offers you a pleasant stay and covers just about all vacation wishes! The car parking space with wallbox right outside the door allows you to start your well-deserved vacation carefree! The terrace at the house entrance is south-facing and invites you to linger in the morning. In the lower area of the house is an open kitchenette, with a dining area, where you will find everything you need on a vacation. This is additionally equipped with USB sockets and a built-in radio. From the kitchen, you can access the rear terrace, which offers enough space for spending time together in a southwest location. You can use a available metal cottage as a storage facility or in "shooting weather" to dry the beach towels. Also on the lower floor is a living area that can be converted into a family oasis and thus offers enough space for the whole family. A Smart TV 4K UHD 55 inch flat screen, is swiveling and thus offers certain comfort. In the entrance area of the first floor there is a guest toilet. The open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is the master bedroom with a new upholstered bed 140x200m (purchase *contact info removed* what do you need Mee(h)r! & a narrow wardrobe with spacious storage compartments. The upholstered bed is equipped with a CUBESleep slatted base and pocket spring mattress Hardness degree III. At the head end of the bed is a switchable reading lamp and a built-in radio. The larger room upstairs was deliberately chosen as a children's bedroom with bunk bed 90x200m, as even in shooting weather there is more space to play, rest if necessary, watch TV. The children's bedroom is equipped with a swivel flat screen. At the head end of the bunk bed is a reading lamp, USB socket and child-proof simple socket. A large, spacious mirror cabinet offers enough space for all holiday luggage! .... From the children's room you can access the balcony, which is south facing & you can see Nystedplatz and the Baltic Sea! A small but fine bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, wall towel radiator, a spacious closet for cosmetics and underfloor heating. Windows and patio doors have exterior shutters and allow each guest their sleeping comfort. The apartment "Kleine Möwe" is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Dahmer promenade & beach life! On the promenade you will find a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars as well as a beach SPA with great offers around wellness, sports & fitness as well as a sauna area. Tennis lovers and mini golfers will also enjoy themselves. Great children's playgrounds, trampolines and much more! Dahme is excellently prepared for young and old! In the village there are other restaurants, a food market, bakery, pastry chef, hairdresser, gas station, general practitioner, dentist, pharmacy and an egg machine with regional breakfast eggs, directly at our property! Dahme is centrally located in Lübeck Bay and offers beautiful excursions nearby, whether by car, bus or bike, even in a few minutes by car.
