This elegant residence "Residence Meridian Unità 2", recently opened, with studio-apartment, welcomes its guests, and has automatic check-in. Close to Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, you can enjoy a carefree vacation by the sea. This studio, located on the 1st floor, consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful views of the pool and mountain scenery. In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant just a 6-minute walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs, located in Pula, can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car, as well as cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive away (3.4 km). The beach of Chia, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the property, and the archaeological site of Nora can be visited in 11 minutes by car (6 km). The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km), and the lively city of Cagliari, with its charming old town, is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro. The city's international airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km) from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
