This cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-floor bungalow offers AC rooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a kitchen for making tea/coffee, and gated parking. Enjoy full home-cooked meals by our in-house cook on nominal charges. With a 24×7 caretaker and close proximity to Ayodhya Airport, it’s your perfect home away from home. The space Located on Rampath, just minutes away from the Ram Temple, Hanuman Garhi, and Guptar Ghat. Our ground-floor bungalow is elderly-friendly and thoughtfully designed for comfort, peace, and convenience. We also offer warm home-cooked meals. The property provides free gated parking for up to 4 cars and has a 24×7 caretaker and cook available to assist you with anything you may need. The home features 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms — two with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a double bed — comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional mattresses (1 queen and 2 single) can be arranged for an extra charge. Each room includes a kettle and tea/coffee set. There are 3 bathrooms in total — 2 common and 1 attached to Bedroom 3 — all modern, clean, and well-maintained. Step outside to enjoy two spacious lawns — one in the front with a fountain, and another on the side — perfect for morning tea, peaceful reflection, or evening relaxation. A firepit setup is available for cozy nights under the stars. Indoors, the home offers a large air-conditioned hall with a TV, a dining area, and a kitchen with a fridge, induction cooktop, toaster and cutlery (for preparing tea, coffee, maggie and other light snacks). Fresh, home-cooked full meals (breakfast, lunch dinner) are available on request, lovingly prepared by our in-house cook. A separate air-conditioned office room with a table, chair, and lamp provides a quiet corner for reading, meditation, or remote work. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house. You’re welcome to use the living room, dining area, kitchen, study, lawns, and all common spaces freely — just like your own home. Other things to note For your safety, the property is equipped with 5 exterior security cameras monitoring the main gate, entrance, driveway, and outer periphery. There are no cameras inside the house, ensuring complete privacy. Home-cooked meals and breakfast are available on request. Charges to be paid directly to the caretaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, tea, and coffee preparation. Please treat the house with care — it’s a family home that’s been loved for generations.
