Two each feature a generous queen-size bed, dressed with carefully chosen linens. The other two have modular bedding and can be arranged as a queen-size bed or two single beds, depending on the composition of your group. Close the shutters. There is complete silence. An old stone wall runs almost all the way around the perimeter, supplemented on one side by rigid wire fencing. In one corner, a stone well topped with ironwork catches the eye. Discreet and timeless, it stands watch in silence, like an echo of the past. The private 12 × 3.50 m pool, with its flat bottom of about 1.50 m, awaits you at any time. Long, clear, luxuriously simple, it invites you to swim real laps as well as to enjoy moments when you float without thinking about anything. The pool is open year-round. Heating is included only from May 1st to September 30th. In April and October, heating is available on request and after confirmation, with an additional charge of €100 for heating before check-in, and then €25 per night booked. From November to March, the pool remains accessible but unheated; exceptional heating can be considered upon request, depending on the weather and technical conditions, with a surcharge based on a quote. Outside of May–September, without a confirmed heating option, the pool remains unheated. Heating up the pool takes several days. Please contact us in advance. Nothing is shared: the house, the 1,300 m² (13,993 sq. ft.) of fully fenced outdoor space, the year-round pool, the bioclimatic pergola and the parking spaces are entirely reserved for your use. Access to the pool is included year-round. Heating is included only from May 1st to September 30th; outside this period, it is optional, at an additional cost, upon request and after confirmation. Without a confirmed option, the pool remains unheated. Rates and conditions are listed under "Other details to note." From your arrival until your departure, this place is all yours. You are free to enjoy each space at your own pace, in complete privacy. Whenever possible, we prefer to welcome you in person to show you the house. Self check-in is still possible using a secure lockbox, especially in case of late arrival. Other things to note POOL — OPENING AND HEATING – The outdoor private pool is open year-round. Access to the pool is included; heating conditions vary depending on the season. – From May 1 to September 30, pool heating is included at no extra charge. – In April and October, heating can be arranged upon request and after confirmation. The price includes a fixed amount of €100 for heating before your arrival, plus €25 per night booked. – The heating system needs to be run for several days before the start of the stay, which explains the initial flat fee. – From November to March, the pool remains open but unheated. Exceptional heating can be considered upon request, depending on the weather and technical conditions, always with an additional charge based on a quote confirmed in advance. – Outside the period from May 1st to September 30th, without a confirmed heating option, the pool remains unheated. Please contact us in advance to arrange this option. – The pool remains an outdoor pool. Even when the heater is on, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed: it depends, in particular, on the weather, the wind and how cool the nights are. – Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are not included. CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES – A 7 kW EV charger is available as an option. – The fee is €20 per night booked and applies to the entire stay. – This package gives the entire group access to the charging station, regardless of the number of vehicles present. However, only one car can be charged at a time. – The request and payment must be made before any use through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
