Welcome to relax in a rural setting at Pengfors Gård. Here, you live with the forest right nearby and the sound of the river in the background. Suitable for those who are passing through or need to stay for a longer period. The yellow farmhouse consists of two floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor are three bedrooms and a smaller living room with a desk. Pengfors is a smaller village located 5 km from Vännäs and 35 km from Umeå. The space The yellow courtyard house is 110 sqm and is decorated with a mix of old and new. The hall is spacious with clothes hangers and space for shoes. The kitchen is big and rustic. Furnished with a kitchen table, four chairs and a kitchen sofa. Here, you will find a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils for easier cooking. In the living room there is a sofa, coffee table and TV. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can be made separately or together. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be made up separately or together. Bedroom 3 is a smaller room located inside bedroom 2. Here is a single bed. In the living room upstairs there is a desk. Guest access You are welcome to use the living area in the courtyard house. The other buildings and stables in the yard are private. You can look at the horses, but otherwise they want to be left alone. Other things to note There are animals on the farm, but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly; no animals stay there. Sheets, towels and a certain amount of coffee are included.
