Layout: • 5 bedrooms: Four rooms with comfortable double beds and one with a single bed. • Living area: A generous, central space with multiple cozy fireplaces, a library with many books, and a TV. • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, freezer, and everything you need for self-catering. • 2 bathrooms: Both equipped with a shower and WC. Special amenities: • Modern sauna for relaxation after a day full of adventures. • Fast and reliable Wi-Fi internet connection & a TV • Large garden with plenty of privacy, a big dining table, and grill facilities. • Separate small garden house with a ping-pong table for fun and games. Guest access As our guests, you enjoy complete privacy and have exclusive access to the entire house and the extensive garden. Your access includes: • The entire main house with all described rooms. • The private garden, including the small garden house with a ping-pong table. • Plenty of free parking spaces directly on the property for up to seven cars. • A garage parking space can also be used if needed. • The bicycles available for you to explore the surrounding area. Optional extension: For larger groups or those seeking more privacy, an additional small guesthouse with up to three extra sleeping places can be booked on the property. Please contact us for details and availability. Other things to note Please note the following important information for your stay: • Sauna: Usage of the sauna is available by prior arrangement. Simply let us know when you'd like to use it. • Additional costs on site: The costs for bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are not included in the booking price and will be billed separately on site. • Tourist tax: CHF 5.00 per person per day, payable locally. • Optional services (charged separately): • Pet: CHF 10.00 per day (up to 3 pets available). • Baby cot: CHF 45.00 per booking. • High chair: CHF 30.00 per booking.
