It takes about 30 minutes to Maihama Station, about 25 minutes to Makuhari Messe, and about 50 minutes to Narita Airport, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business. There are several supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It has all the amenities you need for daily life and is suitable for couples, friends, family trips, long-term stays, business trips, and weekend trips. Check out: Please check out by 10:00. * If you check out late without permission, we may charge an additional fee (2,750 yen per 15 minutes). * No luggage storage before or after your stay. ■ Parking: There are multiple coin parking lots within a 3-minute walk. ■ Cleaning: This facility is not a hotel, so there is no cleaning or linen change during your stay. ■ Prohibited: Noise that disturbs the neighbors (especially at night and in the early morning), smoking indoors or in the vicinity, throwing away cigarette butts, illegally dumping garbage in the neighborhood, exceeding the number of guests booked without permission (a fee of 15,000 yen per extra guest multiplied by the number of nights will be charged), soiling, damaging, or taking home facilities or equipment (a fee for replacement or repair will be charged), bringing pets onto the premises, and guests who are high school students or younger are not allowed to stay. * If the above behavior is seen, an additional fee (from 33,000 yen) will be charged. ■ Submission of guest information: We ask that all guests submit their name, address, occupation, nationality, and a photo of their passport. To comply with laws regarding accommodation, guests residing in Japan are also required to submit a photo ID. If you do not submit it, your reservation may be cancelled. We manage your personal information responsibly, and we do not provide, sell, or share any of our personal information to third parties. In the unlikely event of a request involving law enforcement or other legal obligations, we may be able to submit it. ■ Please bring your own loungewear, as none is provided.
