To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for everyone, we would like to inform you the following : 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Standard Check-in Time: 2 PM Check-out: 11 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval. 👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties, events, or gatherings unless approved in advance. We have neighbors who have families hence, quiet hours must be observed at all times. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding community. 🚭 Smoking, Vaping & Substances No smoking or vaping inside the house and the premises of the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 🐾 Pets Pets are allowed with prior approval only and must not be left unattended. 🏡 Caring for the Bamboo House This home is built with natural bamboo materials — we kindly ask for your help in preserving it: Do not hang heavy items on bamboo walls or ceilings. Avoid excessive water spills on bamboo floors and furniture. Do not move furniture without permission. Report any damage or issues immediately. As this is a bamboo house located in the countryside, it is not uncommon to occasionally see a few geckos inside. Please don’t worry — they are completely harmless 🌱 Environment, Sustainability and Cleanliness Please keep the house tidy during your stay and treat it as if you are in your own home. Conserve water and electricity whenever possible. Please turn off air-conditioning when leaving the house. Kindly wash used dishes and dispose of food waste properly. Please separate food waste from the regular garbage. Regular garbage may be thrown in the bin located in front of the community hall alongside the road. Please do not flush any toilet paper in the toilet. Use the garbage bin. Excessive mess or stains may incur additional cleaning fees. 🚫 Prohibited Activities No loud music, fireworks, or disruptive behavior. No commercial photo/video shoots without prior consent. No alterations to the property. ⚠️ Privacy Please be informed that we have one CCTV installed in the front yard for security purposes in times that we are not in the area. You may unplug the CCTV for your privacy. Kindly be informed as well that the owners of the house also stay in the property sometimes when there are no guests hence, so don't consider it as a 5 stars hotel. 🏊 Swimming Pool Rules Pool use is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No running or diving near the pool area. Do not bring glass bottles or glassware inside the pool. Use of the pool is limited to registered guests only. No food / drinks inside the pool please. A pool maintenance staff member comes twice a week, either in the morning or afternoon, to check the water quality, adjust the pH and chlorine levels, and clean the pool to ensure it remains in excellent condition. Bonus If you stay 5 nights or more, we are pleased to offer complimentary housekeeping service twice a week. Thank You Thank you for respecting our home.
