Welcome to the holiday apartment “Baui” in Zella/Rhön in the beautiful Rhön. The cozy apartment, approximately 55 m² in size, accommodates up to 4 guests and features one bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy relaxing days in a quiet setting and feel free to make use of the garden. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, nature experiences, and restful days in the Rhön. The space The apartment was fully renovated in 2024 and offers a modern and cozy space of around 55 m², accommodating up to four guests. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, and a mirror, creating a relaxing atmosphere for restful nights. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed (1.42 × 1.94 m), a cozy seating area for up to four people, and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. A small selection of books and board games is also available for your entertainment. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a rain shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink with a mirrored cabinet—perfect for unwinding after an active day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, blender, kettle, and a pod coffee machine including coffee pods. The main entrance of the house is shared with a second holiday apartment; however, you will have your own wardrobe area in the entrance hall. The garden with terrace can also be used and is a wonderful place to spend relaxing time outdoors. A washer-dryer is available for your private use inside the apartment. In the courtyard, bicycles can be safely stored and charged. The area is not visible from the outside, but it is not locked. Guest access The holiday apartment is exclusively available for your private use during your stay. Only the main entrance area of the house is shared with another holiday apartment. However, there is also a separate side entrance that leads directly to this apartment. The garden, courtyard, and terrace may also be used and are shared with the other residents of the house.
