Outdoor security cameras are installed. For security and to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, please close the storm shutters at night. Due to security reasons and public health regulations, the service entrance door in the kitchen is not available for guest use. Areas marked [STAFF ONLY], including closets and storage shelves, are not accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, please take a moment to review the following: Guest registration Under Japanese law, all guests are required to complete a guest registration form. Quiet and relaxed stay Our home is designed for peaceful, relaxing stays away from city noise. Loud noise, parties, shouting outdoors, or any disruptive behavior—especially late at night or early morning—is strictly prohibited. No smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the garden and surrounding areas. Trash disposal If indoor trash bins become full during your stay, please place the tied bag into the large outdoor trash bin located beside the building. Nighttime shutters For security and to keep indoor temperatures comfortable, please close the storm shutters at night. Towels Bath towels and face towels are provided based on the number of guests. Amenities policy (eco-friendly) To reduce waste, we do not provide the following items. Please bring your own if needed: Pajamas, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads, razor, hairbrush. No pets Pets are not allowed on the property. Tatami care Please do not roll suitcases directly on tatami mats. Kindly wipe suitcase wheels with the wet wipes provided at the entrance before bringing them inside. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean. Cleaning during stay There is no daily cleaning service. Cleaning is done after checkout. For stays longer than one week, we can arrange one mid-stay cleaning upon discussion. Additional Charges (¥50,000 flat fee) If any of the following actions are confirmed, an additional charge of ¥50,000 will apply: Wearing shoes inside the property Entering or exiting through any door or window other than the main entrance Excessive noise disturbing neighbors (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM) Smoking indoors or nearby, or littering cigarette butts Evidence of vomiting Illegal dumping of trash (including suitcases) Exceeding the number of registered guests (Extra guests will be charged twice the standard nightly rate per person) Lost keys Damage, staining, removal, or theft of equipment (Repair/replacement costs will be charged separately) Fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grilling Leaving the property in an extremely messy condition at checkout Use of adult entertainment services Any other behavior that causes disturbance or damage to the property or neighborhood Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
