Boathouse Barn - The Norfolk Broads

The space Boathouse Barn is a 3 bedroom barn converted into a an equisite interior down a long private drive next to the river. There is an open plan kitchen and reception room. The living room is located at the rear of the property overloooking the beatiful garden and tennis court containing a comfy sofa, 2 armchiars a flat screen Smart TV with large doors to the patio area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and modern with a large island, dining table and sofa. the whole ground floor has underfloor heating so cosy when wanted. The utility room, back door and shower room are next to the kitchen and contain a washing machine, tumble dryer. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor next to the family bathroom with luxurious bath tub, toilet, sink. Upstairs there are 2 kingsize bedrooms with an ensuite shower off the master bedroom. All beds have high quality beds and bed linen maintained to a high standard. The second bedroom upstairs can be converted between king size and twin upon request. Guest access You will have the entire Boathouse Barn to yourself. The Barn is set in the private grounds of our house with plenty of space to roam. Other things to note Dogs are welcome (we charge £50 extra) and we have some children's equipment available. Boats and paddle boards available to borrow but no life jackets, sorry. Great fishing right on the doorstep. Basic tennis balls and rackets provided and you can often borrow ours. People often swim in the river in the summer. Our beautiful barn has been rented out on Air b&b for 4 years now, we have recently left the agency who used to run it to now look after the bookings ourselves, sadly all of our amazing reviews have gone from Air B&B as we have had to start a new profile, we will upload an image of our visitors book to show you some of the lovely comments from our guests. The snowdrops here in February and March are wonderful, we open the garden for the National Garden Scheme then as we have carpets of snowdrops.
