Other things to note Home rules 💡 We would appreciate it if you would NOT ENTER THE ELEVATORS WHILE WET -> As the elevators have cameras, and we receive warnings in the condominium group chat. We appreciate NO parties, as it is a residential building and you have to respect the hours of rest -> 11 pm to 7am Please adhere to the established check-out time, as the cleaning staff needs to properly prepare the apartment for the next reservation. Early check-in and late check-out possible, subject to availability ($10 per hour) Please respect the apartment's belongings, as we conduct a thorough inventory check before check-in and after check-out. White towels are exclusively for use inside the apartment. The colored towels are intended for use at the pool or on the beach. All towels in the property have been accounted for. If any items are missing at the time of check-out, Airbnb will be notified immediately so that the appropriate action can be taken. Please DO NOT smoke inside the apartment (we have a balcony equipped with an ashtray). If we detect smoke or evidence of smoking inside, we will report it to Airbnb and leave a negative review, as this rule is part of the listing's policies. If you use the indoor grill, please dispose of the charcoal (bags are available for this purpose). When you leave, the trash chute is on the left side of the apartment. Hanging clothes or towels on the balcony that are visible from the outside is prohibited (we have a portable indoor clothesline). 🚫No barbecue area in common areas and no party room.
