The space The flat offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, ideal for relaxing. The living room is cosy and has a television with cable channels for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The private bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a shower, towels and toiletries. For your convenience, the flat offers free Wi-Fi. Guest access This flat, located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift, provides full access to its areas and amenities. Guests can enjoy a kitchen equipped with all utensils, including a coffee machine, and a full bathroom. The private bedroom offers a double bed with bedding, and the living room has a television and wireless internet. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.
