A quiet retreat offering modern comfort close to the best of the city, the train to Stockholm takes less than 15 minutes. This is a residential home in the suburbs of Stockholm designed for restful stays and comfort. The space The rental has two comfortable bedrooms, and a smaller third room: a master with a cozy double bed (160 cm) and a private ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), perfect for a solo traveler or child. There’s also a small bonus room which can sleep a fourth guest on a snug double bed (120 cm). This layout offers flexibility for couples, small families, or a group of friends. The rental is sized and planned for maximum 4 guests. Before you book: This is a home best suited for relaxed stays. Please read the following before booking. Our home is set up for the number of guests in the reservation, so we kindly ask that only registered guests stay overnight. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. This is a quiet home and not suitable for parties, social gatherings or events of any kind. There are plenty of great options in the city for that- the home is for relaxing and quiet time. Professional video or photography sessions are not permitted on the property. Guest access You’ll have the first floor of the house to yourself, complete with a separate entrance for easy access. The front yard has a seating area, small fire pit and dining furniture for you to enjoy — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening chat. Other things to note We offer the option to charge an electric vehicle on the property for a fee. If you’d like to use it, just let me know — please note it’s a slow charge using a standard electrical cable. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to local shops. Also conveniently located to Stockholmsmässan, 11 minutes by car or 25 by train. The closest shop is ICA Nära, located near the train station. For a larger grocery run before your stay, Coop is a convenient supermarket nearby. I also make sure to have coffee, tea, and sugar ready for guests.
