Ideal for 8 travelers in winter (up to 12 in summer), this exceptional peaceful retreat allows you to meet and unwind in a preserved natural area, true. 🌿 The space 🛏️ The bedrooms (8 beds in winter, 12 in summer) The house has 5 bedrooms open all year round, each with its own atmosphere: • Yellow bedroom: Bathed in light, direct access to the balcony with a view of the pond. (160 cm double bed). • English bedroom: Antique furniture, English engraving, chic country atmosphere (2 single beds of 90 cm). • Green room: With its Toile de Jouy, warm and traditional, ideal for resting in peace. (2 single 90 cm beds). • Library room: For book lovers, with a built-in desk. (2 single 90-cm beds). On sunny days, a two-part dormitory (2 x 2 single 90-cm beds, ideal for children/teenagers) on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. 🍽️ Kitchen A very well-equipped, authentic, and bright kitchen: • Electric plates (induction). • Antique period piano (Gaudin brand, for lovers of tradition). • Dishwasher. • Refrigerator/deep freezer. • Coffee machine. 🕰️Living rooms & lounge 🛋️ The living room and dining room offer a warm atmosphere, with antique furniture, deep colors, patterned curtains and traditional rugs. You can share long meals, read, play, and chat around the fireplace... The family home spirit is everywhere. 🌳 The garden & the estate You can enjoy a vast private, unfenced property, ideal for taking a stroll between the forest and the pond. • Unheated swimming pool, open in summer, secured (cover + fence) • Tennis court with free access all year round (Rackets and balls not provided). • Panoramic view of the pond. • Sunrise walks with birdsong. • Light and soft outdoor lighting to extend summer evenings without disturbing the local wildlife.
