Spend a relaxing time as a group or family in this peaceful feel-good house, beautifully located between Kaufunger Wald and Werra. Sometimes you need time to yourself: to play and talk, walk and jog, sleep in and eat together. Here you can come together and arrive at your place in peace. In our new, building biology-based, low-electrosmog guest house, four bedrooms, two living rooms, a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms offer the opportunity to slow down and relax. The space Our guesthouse is quietly located together with two other residential buildings on our 1.5-hectare property with self-catering vegetable garden, fruit trees and meadow. It is a detached eco-friendly single-family house built in 2024 with four bedrooms, where 12 adults, with children and toddlers up to 16 people, can relax and unwind. Bedroom "Elisa" on the ground floor has a double bed (160 × 200) Bedroom "Lukas" on the ground floor has a single bed and a sleeping couch that can accommodate one or folded out (140x190) also two people. Bedroom 3 on the upper floor is our "family bedroom": there is a single bed, a youth bed 190 cm long and a large family bed 280 cm wide. This room also has toys and books for children of younger age. Bedroom "Marlene" (on the upper floor) is our other family room with large double bed (180x200) and two single beds. If needed, there would also be space here for a floor mattress. A baby mattress, a child mattress and a single mattress are located in the house to flexibly provide additional sleeping places for smaller and larger people. There is a shower room on the ground floor and another large bathroom on the upper floor with a shower, bathtub and bidet. The ground floor includes a living room with a large dining table for 8 people and a cozy couch corner. On the upper floor there is a living area open to the stairs with a couch and TV screen. Here you can connect your laptop to look over the big screen. From the large kitchen on the ground floor, the stairs go to the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional dining area for up to 6 people. Please note that the stairs connect the kitchen and hallway on the upper floor without a door. If needed, we can install a stair gate on the upper floor to protect toddlers. The utility room, which is off the porch, contains a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, iron and freezer. All bedrooms and bathrooms are lockable. Covered beds and towels are included in the booking price. We attach particular importance to generous supplies, from coffee and spices to baking paper and picnic blankets to feminine hygiene products and band-aids, so that you can start your vacation right away and don't have to go to the supermarket for every little thing. Through this advertisement you book the entire house for you alone. If you do not want to use certain bedrooms, you can let us know before booking and we will accommodate you in terms of price. Individual rooms can also be booked through our other ads, but it can then be shared use of the kitchen or bathroom (depending on the booking) by guests of the other rooms. Guest access The currently reasonable price is due to the currently not yet finished outdoor complex. The carport cannot accommodate cars at the moment, but bicycles and strollers can be parked here. Parking can be done directly on the graveled driveway, which leads past house 64 to the guesthouse. The property is not fenced, but the large meadow at the house can be used. If necessary and desired, we will be happy to show you areas in the garden to chill, picnic, do yoga... If you walk back over the meadow, you can come to a dirt track and explore the premium hiking trail P25 directly. Alternatively, there is a Kirschwanderweg in Kleinalmerode. Other hiking routes or opportunities for jogging and cycling are available at the nearby Kaufunger Wald, which belongs to Frau-Holle-Land or along the Werra from Witzenhausen to Hann.Münden or towards Bad Sooden-Allendorf In Witzenhausen, 6 km away, there is everything for everyday needs: Organic shop, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, hospital Here you can visit the weekly market on the town hall square on Friday morning, stroll through the old town, stop at restaurants or cafes, enjoy many cultural events, experience a canoe tour on the Werra and play in the large outdoor swimming pool or the mini golf course in summer. In inclement weather, a visit to the tropical greenhouse is recommended. Within 30 minutes' drive, you will find many more cultural and leisure activities in Göttingen, Kassel, Hann.Münden or Bad Sooden.
