This spacious villa offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a covered pool, a sauna and a private garden right next to the forest. Ideal for families, friends, or group getaways, Oh Yeah Prague combines nature, comfort, and entertainment The space Bedrooms The villa offers 7 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for rest and privacy. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there's enough room for everyone to unwind in comfort. Baby crib and high chair are available on request. Bathrooms There are 5 full bathrooms throughout the house, along with an extra outdoor shower next to the pool. Fresh towels and essentials are provided for all guests. Living & Dining Area An open-concept living room connects to the dining area and kitchen, creating a central space where your group can come together. Large windows fill the area with light, and there's comfortable seating for meals, conversations, or games. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for group cooking: oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, dishes, and more. Basic condiments and cooking essentials are also available. Entertainment For fun and games, there’s a billiard table, foosball table, and a big garden with a kids’ playground. Indoors or outdoors, you’ll find something to enjoy. Pool & Garden Step outside to your private garden, where you’ll find a covered swimming pool, a private sauna, a lounge area, BBQ, and a space for children to play. The surrounding trees offer shade, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Pool heating and hot tub are available for an additional fee. More information below. Parking & Access The villa includes free on-site parking, and you’ll have the entire place to yourself. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and residential, with easy car access to both the airport (15 mins) and city center (15 mins). Public transport is also available nearby. Other things to note Upon check-out, you can settle all charges, including the Prague government city tax, which is 2€ per person per night as required by law. Useing the grill is 20€ included gas and cleaning the grill Heating of the pool wellness fee is 200€ for first day for electric city then pool can be 30 Celsium and hot tube 38 then every day plus 50€ The fee includes five hours of work before your arrival by a wellness staff member who prepares and cleans the pool and completely replaces the water in the hot tub. It also includes the electricity required for heating, so the hot tub is heated and ready for you 24/7 during your stay. If you prefer not to pay for the wellness service, you can still use the sauna and the pool during your stay free of charge (without heating and without the hot tub). Coffee (1 kg - coffee beans) is available here for €12. We would like to inform you that our villa is not suitable for any kind of wild parties or playing loud music during the day or evening, and we strictly enforce quiet hours at night. We understand that you might want to enjoy time with friends, and that is perfectly fine as long as you are not too loud and do not disturb our neighbors. Please do not light any fire in the fireplaces inside the house. The fireplaces are decorative only and not intended for open fire use. Please note that the hot tub will not be warm at 3:00 PM during check-in, as we change the water after every reservation. Heating takes some time, so the hot tub will be fully heated later in the check in day.
