We are located at 2,600 meters (8,530 ft) above sea level, in a mild climate that allows guests to gradually adjust to the altitude and enjoy each day without difficulties. The villa is surrounded by flower gardens and the natural landscape typical of the Vilcanota River Valley, in the peaceful agricultural area of Chichubamba. Here, you will enjoy the comfort of an exclusive space, with the freedom and privacy of your own home. This is a fully private villa, fenced and with its own exclusive garden, designed to provide tranquility, comfort, and total privacy, allowing you to enjoy every space with independence and security. The villa features two floors, five bedrooms, a main living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a family room, and spacious gardens with spectacular views of Saywa Mountain and the Inca Towers (Sukankas). Beds are prepared according to the number of guests in your reservation, using high-quality Pima cotton sheets, warm blankets, bedspreads, and comfortable pillows. Each guest is also provided with white Pima cotton towels. To make your stay even more comfortable and special, we offer home-cooked meal services and can help you design a personalized itinerary, tailored to your interests and travel pace, so you can fully enjoy your visit to the region. Other things to note More than just an Andean villa, Kallpawasi is a family project—villas built by my wife and me within a private 5,000 m² property. With our guests’ comfort and privacy in mind, each villa has been designed with its own private garden and fenced area, ensuring tranquility and complete independence during your stay. For the construction, we combined traditional techniques with modern comfort, using local materials such as eucalyptus wood, adobe, straw, plaster, bricks, and handcrafted ceramics, along with many Andean details that give each space character and authenticity. The house was thoughtfully designed considering the sun’s orientation, allowing for pleasant indoor temperatures and abundant natural light throughout the day. The interior decoration was carefully created following feng shui principles, featuring handmade pieces crafted by local artisans, as well as many elements designed by my wife, who is passionate about rustic style. As you enter the villa, you will notice that every corner has been thoughtfully designed and created with care and dedication, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for a truly relaxing stay. We deliver the house fully cleaned, following Airbnb’s required cleaning standards. For stays longer than 7 days, please note there is an additional weekly cleaning fee of 170 PEN, which includes fresh bed linens and towel changes.
