The space The Chalet des Perchés cottage is a detached house that can be divided into two private spaces: Le Chalet, for 8 people, and Le Petit Perchés, for 4 people. Le Chalet 360 m² – 4 bedrooms – 3 bathrooms – Up to 8 people A refuge Nestled on the heights of the estate, this 420 m² characterful residence offers a delicate and peaceful way of life, in the heart of a landscape of undulating vines and golden light. The Chalet des Perchés welcomes up to 12 guests in a warm setting, combining classic elegance with contemporary touches. Its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offer you an ideal space for your group of friends or for your family. Ground floor – The art of hospitality Behind a solid wood door, a vast bright hall welcomes you, adorned with a wrought iron staircase that sets the tone: noble and timeless. The reception room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows, opens onto a breathtaking view: the vineyard below, the Cadillac bell towers, the park, the swimming pool, and up to the lands of Barsac and Sauternes. Marble fireplace, broken-stick parquet, majestic chandeliers and designer furniture compose an atmosphere that is both grandiose and cozy.
