The space is designed for connection—whether you're enjoying a movie night, playing board games, or simply unwinding after a day out. Kitchen & Dining Just beyond the living area, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home. The kitchen island offers seating for six—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning your day. Start your mornings at the coffee bar with locally roasted whole bean coffee, or ease into the day before heading out to explore Lawrenceville. Second Floor – King Bedroom + Flex Space The second floor features a spacious king bedroom with a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for guests who want a comfortable place to sleep and work. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub, as well as a flexible common area featuring a chalk wall (chalk provided), perfect for kids, creativity, or casual downtime. Guest access With the exception of a housekeeping closet, the entire house is accessible. Other things to note • This is a three-story home with interior stairs—please consider this when booking with small children or guests with mobility needs. • Baby gear is provided (crib, high chair, baby gates, children’s dinnerware), but guests must inspect all items for safety before use. • Our off street parking pad is 13’W x 18’L with no height restrictions - please note this is where our flex outdoor space is located in addition to parking.
