We thought of it as a refuge: a stone setting that has crossed the ages, today awakened by a demanding renovation. The space The dwelling is the result of the renovation of a house dating back to 1871 and will seduce lovers of old stones. Ideally located in the center of Locronan, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France,” our house is the perfect base for exploring Finistère, between land and sea. Capacity: 6 people (3 bedrooms) Location: Right in the center, a 2-minute walk from shops, artisans, and restaurants. Outdoor: small garden with outdoor seating area and private parking. A journey through the most authentic time... The village is located between land and sea. The house is ideally located in the center of all the land and sea activities, all the many restaurants, and artisans. Just a 2-minute walk from the town hall, the tourist office that organizes visits to the village and small essential shops, you can take the paths leading to the heights to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the bay of Douarnenez. Who wouldn't fall for these charming alleys, these well-preserved granite houses, the church of Saint-Ronan and its chapel of Pénity, which form a common facade without mixing the gargoyles. Located on a hillside in an exceptional natural environment 5 km from the sea, and surrounded by impressive nature, making it also an ideal place for hiking and outdoor activities. The end of stay cleaning includes linen, towel kit and preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. From the Faou River to the Iroise Sea, the Crozon Peninsula offers you a concentration of sea. Our nautical professionals offer a multitude of possibilities, sports, sailing, fishing, kayaking, surfing... But Finistère is also 100% history. A land of prehistory, it is a land of exceptional religious heritage with its churches, chapels, parish enclosures, stained glass windows, calvaries…, a land of filming and well-being. From the lights of the Iroise lighthouses to the white cliffs of Crozon, from the sparkling meanders of the Aulne to the metallic reflections of the Brest harbor, to the peat bogs of the D'Arrée mountains.
